Oklahoma Ranchers May Push Lawmakers to Give Wind and Solar Same Property Rights as Oil and Gas

According to Tulsa's KOSU, Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association officials are investigating whether agricultural land owners should be able to benefit from wind and solar energy generation in the same way that they benefit with mineral rights. The topic was one of the new resolutions being considered at the recent annual association convention and trade show in Norman.
