Connecticut Approves Contracts for Major Renewable Energy Projects

The Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority approved power purchase contracts negotiated between Connecticut's two utilities and the developers of 28 renewable energy generation projects, including four wind energy projects located outside of Connecticut. Some of the projects are part of a three-state selection process led jointly with Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
